1.Visit the Passport Seva website.

2.If you're a new user, create an account. Fill out the "New User Registration" form, select your passport office based on your address, enter your information, and create a login ID and password.

3. Activate your account. You'll receive an activation email. Complete your account setup by accessing the link in your email.

4.Log in. Enter your authentication information.

5. From the selections available, choose "Re-issue of Passport."
