Eligibility Criteria

Doctors and self-employed individuals who have proprietorship, partnership, limited companies, private limited companies, limited liability partnerships are eligible to apply for DHFL business loans.

Types of DHFL Business Loans

Loan against Residential Property

  • Loan available for a new business venture, expansion of existing business or for personal purpose
  • Tenure of loan up to 15 years

Loan against Property

  • Applicant should be salaried or self-employed
  • Age should be over 22 years to apply for a business loan
  • Collateral required in the form of residential plot and residential property
  • This loan is offered for both business and personal purposes
  • Tenure of loan up to 15 years
  • Collateral required in the form of immovable property like commercial plot, commercial property

Commercial Property Purchase Loan

  • For purchasing properties like office space and other establishments for running a business
  • Tenure of loan up to 15 years
  • Collateral required is the immovable property purchased

Documents

  • Identity Proof like  Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID
  • Address proof like PAN, Passport, Aadhaar, Voter ID
  • Income Proof which includes bank statement, last two years financials with an audited report, Income Tax Returns
