The main goal of credit schemes is to provide sufficient and timely support to select sectors of small and medium-sized enterprises for their requirements for working capital. The credit is offered either as a term loan or cash loan and at a lower interest rate.

UCO Bank Grievance Redressal

Customers may send their complaints directly to the Branch Manager or file complaints via the Internet in the Standardized Public Grievance Redressal System (SPGRS) module available on the Bank's website. It is the Branch Manager's duty to resolve the complaint within 7 days of the date of receipt and notify the complainant.
Customers can register their grievance at the branch in person, at the Bank’s call center on Toll-free no. 18002740123 which is accessible on a 24/7 basis, over the telephone to the branch, Zonal Office and Head Office, or by email at hopgr[dot]calcutta[at]ucobank[dot]co[dot]in.

If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, it will automatically escalate to the corresponding Zonal office and if the complaint is not resolved within 4 days of receiving it, it will automatically escalate to the relevant Circle office.
Circle office will make every effort to settle the complaint within 4 days of receiving it. If a grievance is not remedied satisfactorily within 4 days of receiving it, the same will be referred to the Head Office.
Head office must prioritize the matter and take steps to resolve it within 6 days of receipt. Every effort will be made to settle the complaint within 21 days of receipt.
