Applicants will need to carry the original as well as photocopy of the vehicle documents and their KYC documents to the POS / Sales office location. Following are the documents accepted for FASTag registration:

• Registration certificate (RC) of the vehicle
• Passport size photograph of the vehicle owner
• KYC document as per the category of the vehicle owner

Customers, whether individuals or Corporates, need to submit any one of the KYC documents as mentioned below:

How to Recharge Syndicate Bank Fastag?

It is very simple to recharge your FASTag wallet through Syndicate Bank. Follow these steps to Self-Recharge the FASTag issued by Syndicate Bank.

• Visit the Syndicate Bank FASTag page
• Enter your registered Mobile Number
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
• This OTP will work as the Password for “FASTag Customer Portal”
• Login to customer portal and click on Reload/Recharge tab at top
• Enter the amount you want to add to the wallet and choose the payment method. You can either choose “Internet Banking” or “Payment Gateway”
• Click Submit and you will be redirected to the payment page to complete payment
• If you are a Syndicate Bank customer, you will be taken to the Syndicate Bank Internet Banking page or Billdesk Payment page will open for accepting payment through any other bank.
• Upon successful recharge, an acknowledgement message will be sent on registered mobile number.

• Applicable GST shall be added to the aforementioned charges
• Convenience fee is applicable for online recharges
• Threshold amount is the minimum recharge amount to be done at the time of tag activation
• Threshold amount to be maintained at all times. Recharge can be done with a minimum of Rs 100 at any point of time for any class of vehicle.
• Refundable Tag Deposit would be refunded only to KYC customers at the time of FASTag account closure.
• Toll amount will be deducted as per the applicable amount, depending on the vehicle class and the toll plaza.
