In case of ATM redressal for cases like account getting debited but no cash disbursed at ATM, you can download and fill in the declaration form with complete details of your transaction made, account number, your 16 digits Card Number, amount debited from the concerned account, exact location of the ATM and name of the Bank. It is also advisable to include the Transaction decline slip given by ATM (if available). The matter will be resolved within 7 working days.
