In the event of any concerns, suggestions, inquiries or reviews, the bank offers a direct link on its website to register your grievance. If you have a complaint or feedback that you would like to lodge, you can do so in any of the following ways:
- Contact the branch manager where your account is held.
- If this is not possible, you should contact your nearest PNB branch's branch manager.
- For immediate response to your grievance, the Branch Manager is the first point of contact.
- Make sure you get the complaint form from the branch and file the complaint in the specified format.
