• The credit card reward points program is a facility provided by LIC to its loyal customers who regularly utilize the LIC credit card for making purchases.
• You must formally enrol yourself into the LIC My Rewards Program to avail of the loyalty facility.
• LIC charges a small enrolment fee.
• Reward points are automatically credited to your account as soon as you earn them by making purchases.
• LIC floats promotional and incentive programs from time to time. You may earn reward points as applicable by participating in these programs.
• LIC reserves the right to remove or replace any item from the reward catalogue without prior notice.
• The points available to redeem means points that can be redeemed by you for merchandise from the Rewards Catalogue available on the official website.
• You cannot transfer the reward points to another person or combine the same with any other card held by you.
• LIC charges a handling fee of INR 30 for every redemption request.
• No reward points will accrue in the following circumstances –
  • You cancel or withdraw your credit card facility
  • Your credit card is cancelled by LIC for any reason
  • You have an overdue amount on your credit card account.
• Computation of accrual as well as redemption of reward points is at the sole discretion of LIC and their decision shall be final and binding.
• You must have a minimum of 1000 points to initiate a redemption request.
• Your reward points are liable to expire if you do not use your credit card for a period of 6 months or more.
• The credit card is the property of LIC and must be produced or surrendered forthwith on request without any delay.
