Kotak Credit Card Payment - Online

1) Kotak Credit Card Payment Through Netbanking

Step 1: Login to netbanking and choose Pay Now or Make payment under the credit cards section.

Step 2: Fill in the payment details asked for and confirm

Step 3: Your payment will be credited to your Kotak Credit Card account in 24 hours

2) Kotak Credit Card Payment Through Mobile Banking

Step 1: Login to the Kotak Mobile Banking app

Step 2: Choose credit card from homepage and click on credit card payments

Step 3: Confirm the amount you wish to pay and submit

3) Kotak Credit Card Payment Through Web Pay

  • Pay your Kotak Credit Card bills with ease in 3 simple steps
  • Enter your Kotak Credit Card details and the amount to be paid
  • Choose your savings bank Netbanking/Rupay Card/UPI option from the dropdown list
  • Authenticate the payment as per the instructions
  • Wait for the confirmation and transaction reference number that will be shown on successful payment
  • Payment will be credited to your Kotak Credit Card account within 3 working days (Weekends and bank holidays not included).

4) Kotak Credit Card Payment Through Neft/IMPS Using IFSC Code

Cardholders who do not have a savings/current account with Kotak Mahindra Bank can pay through the NEFT or IMPS facility. The following are the steps to do so

Step 1: Login to your bank’s netbanking portal using your credentials

Step 2: Go to the ‘Fund Transfers’ page and choose NEFT/IMPS (Whichever you wish)

Step 3: Register the Kotak Credit Card as a beneficiary by entering the details - Beneficiary name as the card number or the cardholder’s name, IFSC code, city, destination bank, and address of the bank.

Step 4: Login to the bank’s netbanking app

Step 5: Choose NEFT or IMPS as the mode of payment

Step 6: Select Kotak credit card from the list of beneficiaries

Step 7: Enter the amount and make the payment

5) Kotak Credit Card Payment Through RTGS Using IFSC Code

Cardholders who have credit card bills over Rs. 2.00 lakhs can pay via RTGS, real time gross settlement. The Kotak credit card should be added to the beneficiary list at the selected bank in order to utilize the service. The Credit Card IFSC Code will be the same, that is, KKBK0000958. Here are the steps to pay via RTGS.

Step 1: Login to the net banking account of the bank that you want.

Step 2: Go to the Funds Transfer section.

Step 3: Select RTGS.

Step 4: Now, choose the card from the list of beneficiaries and review the details.

Step 5: The Kotak credit card IFSC code must be KKBK0000958.

Step 6: Input the amount and confirm the payment.

6) Kotak Credit Card Payment through VISA

Kotak credit cardholders can also use their Visa Debit card to make the bill payment. The steps may differ across banks. The common procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Login to your bank’s net banking portal using your credentials

Step 2: Go to the ‘Visa Credit Card Payment’ option

Step 3: Register your Kotak Credit Card with the Visa facility

Step 4: Once registered or added, you can easily pay your Kotak credit card bill

Step 5: It takes 2 to 3 working days for the payment made through the Visa Bill Facility to get credited.

7) Kotak Credit Card Payment Through UPI Using Account Number and IFSC Code

To pay the credit card bill, you can also use the UPI. You have to add the UPI ID,account number, and the IFSC code to pay the credit card bill.

Here are the steps to make the bill payment through UPI:

Step 1: Download your preferred UPI app

Step 2: Give your mobile number for registering

Step 3: Enter the required details, such as Kotak credit card IFSC code, bank name, etc.

Step 4: Set the UPI ID and PIN

Step 5: Login to the UPI payment app

Step 6: Access the payments section

Step 7: Click on Send Money

Step 8: Enter the Account number and the IFSC code

Step 9: Enter the amount and remarks

Step 10: Click on pay and confirm the transaction

8) Kotak Credit Card Bill Payment Online via Auto Debit

You can use the bank’s auto debit facility and pay the credit card bill. Here is how you can go about this.

  • Download the auto debit authorization form from the bank’s website
  • Post filling and signing the form, you will have to submit it to your nearest Kotak Mahindra Bank branch or send it to the address mentioned below:

  • After the approval of the form, you don’t have to pay your bills manually
  • Based on whether you have chosen to pay the minimum amount due (MAD) or Total Amount Due (TAD), the amount will get deducted from your account when the monthly credit card statement is generated.

Kotak Credit Card Bill Payment - Offline

1) Kotak Credit Card Bill Payment Over the branch counter

You can go to theKotak Mahindra Bank branch nearest to you and make the Kotak credit card bill payment through cash. Visit Kotak’s official website for the list of branches. You can also send an SMS in the format ‘K Branch <6-digit PIN Code>’ to 9971056767 or 5676788.

2) Kotak Credit Card Bill Payment Through Cheque

The Kotak Credit Card Bill Payment Can Be Done through cheque also. This cheque should be addressed to Kotak Mahindra Bank Card A/C. The account number is your Kotak credit card’s 16 digit number. The cheque can then be dropped in a drop box, at the ATM, or at any of the Kotak Mahindra Bank branches. The list of branches will be available on Kotak’s official website or by sending an SMS in the format ‘K DropBox (6-Digit PIN Code.)’ to 5676788.

3) Kotak Credit Card Bill Payment through Phone Banking

Kotak savings or current account holders can also pay their Kotak credit card bill by calling the customer care of the bank. Choose the ‘Banking option’ and request the customer service executive to transfer the amount from your Kotak savings or current account to your Kotak card account.
