About IndusInd Net Banking

Method 1
Step 1: Visit the official online banking website of IndusInd Bank - www.indusind.com.
Step 2: Click on the Login button. You will be forwarded to the following page
Step 3: Enter your username and password.
Step 4: Select the page you want to land in from the options - Account Summary, Funds Transfer, and Service Requests.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Sign in’ button to access your account.
Method 2: IndusMobile
Enter the username and choose the page you wish to land in post logging in and before clicking on the ‘Sign in’ button. You will be forwarded to the page selected upon successful login.
Step 1: Log in to your account on IndusNet.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Online Preferences’ option at the top of the dashboard.
Step 3: Choose the ‘Reset Transaction Password’ option.
Step 4: Key in the current password and the new password to reset.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Funds Transfer’ option on the homepage.
Step 3: Select the NEFT, RTGS, or ‘IMPS Fund Transfer’ option based on your requirement.

Step 5: Enter the details, beneficiary account number, account type, IFSC code, and amount.
Step 6: Validate using the transaction password or the OTP.
Step 7: A message indicating successful completion will be displayed.
Step 8: An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number about the relevant status.

1. How can I get the IndusInd Bank Net banking user Id?
When you register through an ATM, contact center, or branch for IndusInd Bank Net banking, you will receive the PIN via SMS on your registered mobile number. The customer ID will become your user name. You can verify your customer ID in the statements or cheque book or welcome letter.
2. How much can I withdraw from IndusInd Bank ATM?
The ATM withdrawal limit is restricted to Rs 50,000 per day. You can use the card at any one of the 1200 IndusInd Bank ATMs across India for withdrawing cash, paying bills, and for transferring money.
3. How can I change my IndusInd Net banking password without a debit card?
Click on ‘Login’ under the Login/Register link. Choose ‘Login Using Password’ and then click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link. A new screen of ‘Forgot Login Password’ will be shown where you will have to key in your user ID and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
