The Indus Mobile App is an innovative product allowing you to conduct your banking through your smartphone. It allows various banking services, cab booking, food ordering, bill payments, and various attractive benefits to the users.

It is available for download from Google Play, Apple App Store and Windows Store.

Features of the IndusMobile App

  • Quick Money Transfer – With this app, transfer money quickly through SMS, email or Social Media Platforms without having the receiver's bank account details.
  • Debit Cardless Cash Withdrawal – You can use the Cash-On-Mobile service on your app and withdraw cash from any IndusInd Bank ATMs without using your debit card.
  • Safety Features –In case of loss or theft of your debit card, you can immediately block it using the app.
  • Non-Financial Services - You can use the app for non-financial transactions like ordering cheque book, account statements, applying for a locker, managing your card limits and setting your PIN.
  • Instant Money Transfer with IMPS – you can now send money even on holidays through IMPS facility on the app. You just have to choose the beneficiary, enter the amount and confirm your transaction through mobile OTP.
  • Invest smartly through the app – Invest and save money in FDs & RDs on the app itself.
  • One Touch Bill Payments – You can save and pay all your bills on the all new All-in-One Store. You also get rewarded for using this features.
  • Order Food – The app allows you to order food directly from apps like Swiggy, Freshmenu & Faasos.
  • Exclusive Offers For All App Users – Users are sent best offers around them to save more with exclusive local and online deals.
  • Cab Booking – The app allows you to book cabs across all major cab operators. You also get exclusive cashbacks on all your trips.
  • Upgrade Your Debit Card – Through the Service Request tab, you can upgrade your current debit card to get more benefits and exclusive offers.
  • Manage Debit Card Limit – Through the app, you can now manage your card limits. You can choose to increase/decrease your card limit or even block your card temporarily in case you have misplaced it.
  • Set/ Reset Your Debit Card Pin – In case you have forgotten your ATM PIN or want to set PIN for your new Card, you can do it right on the app.
  • Combine your Reward Points – You can transfer the reward points available on your DUO Debit Card to DUO Credit Card using the IndusMobile App. You can then redeem it for your favourite product.

How to Register for Mobile Banking on the IndusMobile App?

As stated earlier, the IndusMobile app is available for download from Google Play, Apple App Store and Windows Store. Please download the app for your relevant device.

  • Tap on the app to launch it. 
  • Enter the mobile number registered on your bank account. 
  • The app will verify your mobile number and take you to the Registration page. 
  • Select Netbanking and enter your Netbanking UserID & Password. 
  • An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter that and hit ‘Submit’. 
  • On the next page, you will be asked to choose your preferred login method and set a profile picture.
  • You will also be allowed to choose to set a Swipe Pattern or an MPIN for logging in.
  • You can choose the primary account for the app. And now, you are ready to go.

IndusInd Bank SMS Banking

The feature is useful when you don’t have a smartphone or an internet connection. You must first link your mobile number with your account number and avail the SMS banking facility. You can do that by visiting your nearest IndusInd bank branch and update your mobile number with your account.

SMS Banking allows you to get account balance, know last 3 transactions in the account, get MMID for your account, recharge your own or other’s mobile number and much more with your primary account.

You need to type the keyword and send it as an SMS to 9212299955.

Indus Mobile USSD Banking Services

USSD (NUUP - National Unified USSD Platform) allows you to perform many banking transactions through your mobile phone.

  • Customers should dial *99# from their registered mobile number. 
  • You can then choose the transaction from the interactive menu that pops up on your screen.
  • You will be required to authenticate the transaction using your UPI PIN. 
  • Please note that the daily limit for financial transactions is Rs. 5,000/-

1. I have an iPad Tablet. Can I use this app?

Yes, you can use this app on iPads and Android Tablets. On iPads, you can search for the app under Phone apps and use it.

2. Can I have more than one user access the app on the same phone or tablet?

You can register up to 5 persons or relationships on the app. Each will have to be registered separately.

3. How do I change the MPIN or Swipe Pattern?

You can change the MPIN or Swipe pattern by following this path: Visit More Menu > Settings Option > Change MPIN/

4. If I re-install the app on a new phone, should I register again?

No, use the Already Registered option and Login with your User ID and MPIN or Pattern or Fingerprint.

5. I do not know the IFSC code of the beneficiary. Can I transfer funds?

You can use the QuickPay option and finish the transactions with just the E-mail ID or Mobile Number. For banks that do not require IFSC code, you can do a One Time Payment.
