Indian Overseas Bank has a transparent mechanism for handling grievances and complaints. While lodging a complaint, customers will be given a complaint number or reference number, which they will need to keep handy at all times. Here are the steps for filing grievance:

Step 4: Even after having followed the above steps, if you are not satisfied, you may approach the Banking Ombudsman constituted by RBI under Banking Ombudsman Scheme-2006.
