IDFC First Bank’s Whatsapp Banking works on bot automation. Whatsapp banking can be accessed only from your mobile number registered with IDFC First Bank. The same number must be your Whatsapp number. The transactions are highly encrypted and you can check for the official IDFC First Bank logo in Whatsapp banking.
4. How do I find my Customer ID?
You can find your IDFC First Bank Customer ID from your welcome kit, welcome SMS, welcome email, or account statements sent via email.
5. Can I access only one account from mobile banking?
No. Once you register with your mobile number and customer ID you can access all the accounts and services availed by IDFC First Bank in your mobile banking application.
