The GO Mobile+ App is available on Google Play and Apple App Store

The app allows you to carry out various banking transactions like Account enquiry, fund transfers, bill payments, mobile/DTH recharge, and many more. You can also perform non-financial transactions like cheque book request, stop cheque payment, registering for email statements, updating profile details, and more.

Features of the GO Mobile+ App

Banking Services – As the primary objective of any mobile banking app, this app too allows customers to carry out numerous banking transactions on their smartphone through the app. They can complete financial transactions like fund transfers, bill payments, Demat account management, Visa card payments, mobile/DTH recharge, and more. They can also perform non-financial transactions like a mini statement, detailed account statement, Debit card control, Aadhaar linking request, cheque book request, profile updation, and more.

Single login, multiple accounts – The app allows you to manage all your IDBI Bank relationships in one place. You can manage your bank account, credit cards, Demat account, and more.

New & Improved UI for better personalization – The upgrade UI of the app allows for better personalization of the app. You can now personalize the home screen of the app with a selfie or any picture from the gallery. You can change the app display theme. The icons and various features are placed strategically to allow better access.

Additional features on the Pre-Login Screen – The pre-login screen now has more options. They include Apply Now, Products, Interest Rates, Calculators, Contact Us & Locate Us.

How to register on the IDBI Bank GO Mobile+ App?

In order to use the app, you need to be registered for mobile banking. You can register for mobile banking via –

  • Net Banking
  • ATM channel
  • SMS - By sending Keywords: MBREG SPACE Cust ID (Ex: MBREG 12345678) to 9560853000
  • Submit Channel Registration Form at the nearest IDBI Bank Branch

Once you have registered for mobile banking, you need to follow the following steps to start using the app.

  • Download and install the app on your smartphone. 
  • Launch the App and click on ‘Activate App’. You have to enter your Cust ID and confirm. The app will send an SMS from the phone to verify the mobile number registered with the Bank.
  • Upon successful verification of your mobile number, you will be prompted to set the desired MPIN.
  • On the login page enter your Customer ID and MPIN. 
  • You have to now authenticate your account using either Debit Card or Net Banking Credentials.
  • Once the details are validated, you will be logged in to the app. 
  • You will receive an SMS confirmation.

IDBI Bank SMS Banking

SMS Banking is available for Savings, Current Accounts and Fixed Deposit account holders. It is advantageous for customers who do not have a smartphone or internet connection. They can send SMS from their registered mobile number to avail the services.

The service is free of cost. However, your mobile operator will charge you for the SMSs as per your payment plan.

To access SMS Banking, the user has to send the KEYWORD in the specified format to the given number - 9820346920 or 9821043718. Once the SMS is sent, the requested details are sent as an SMS back to you.

*99# - National Unified USSD Platform (NUUP) – USSD Banking

*99# - National Unified USSD Platform (NUUP) is a platform provided by NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India) which works on the USSD technology. Though similar to SMS Banking, USSD Banking creates a real-time connection with the bank’s server to allow instant transactions.

It can be used on any basic mobile phone, removing the need for a smartphone or internet connection.

How to use USSD Banking?

  • Dial *99# from your phone. 
  • Choose the bank from the list of banks linked to your mobile number
  • Enter last 6 digits of your debit card and expiry date separated by single space
  • Set a 6-digit UPI PIN
  • Your UPI PIN is set and Virtual Payment Address is automatically created.

Every time you dial the *99# number, you will be given a list of transactions to choose and execute.

1. What is Customer ID? Where can I find it?

Customer ID or CIF No. can be found on your passbook or cheque book. You may visit your nearest bank branch to find out your Customer ID.

2. How can I check my IDBI account balance through mobile?

Customers can find out their account balance by giving a missed call to the following number. Balance Enquiry: 18008431122 You can get the last 'Available' balance of your account (by an SMS) by giving a Missed Call to 18008431122, Mini Statement: 18008431133

3. In how many languages is USSD Banking service available?

USSD Banking is currently available on 11 Multi-lingual languages.

4. Does USSD Banking work on CDMA mobiles?

No. USSD Banking is supported only on GSM mobiles.

5. I have forgotten my MPIN, what should I do?

You can set a new MPIN by clicking on ‘Reset MPIN’. You then follow the same steps as activating the app for the first time.
