IDBI bank has a grievance redressal mechanism along with an escalation matrix to help in ensuring that the customer’s queries or concerns are addressed in the best manner.

Level 1 - Call the customer care center, visit the branch, send an email, or write to the bank. Whichever method one uses, it is important to mention the below details:

- If the complaint is with respect to a transaction, one will also need to provide the reference number for the transaction.
