1. What is the status of my credit card?
Credit card status is the current amount due on a credit card at any given point. This includes not only the amount spent but also any interest as well as revolving credit amount.
If you had made an online application for your credit card you can track your status on the ICICI bank website. If you have utilized traditional methods, you can call the customer care number or walk into any branch of the bank to check your status.
2. Can I convert a particular transaction to EMI?
Yes. You can convert any retail transaction – except cash transactions and purchase of fuel or jewelry – into EMI. The available tenures are 3, 6, 9, and 12 monthly payments. To do this, call the customer care within 30 days of the transaction.
3. What are the options for the repayment of my outstanding credit card bills?
There are many ways in which you can pay your outstanding credit card dues. You can either pay via NEFT from another bank account or deposit a cheque for the outstanding amount. You can also walk into any branch if ICICI bank and deposit cash towards repayment of credit card dues.
4. Are there any add-on or supplementary card for the family members offered on the primary card by ICICI?
Yes, ICICI bank offers add-on cards for family members of the primary holder. You can apply for a maximum of 3 add-on cards. Each card will have a separate PIN and the same credit limit as the primary card. Add-on cards are not eligible for offers and rewards – any offers and rewards availed using an add-on card will revert to the primary card.
