Your credit card due date is the deadline date on or before which you are supposed to clear your bill. It is generally 15 to 25 days from the statement date.
2. What is the consequence of paying my credit card bill 1 day late?
You will have to incur a late penalty if you pay your bill after the due date. The late fee will be charged by the bank along with your next credit card bill. Just recently, the RBI has directed banks to levy late fees only if the payment has been delayed for more than 3 days post the due date.
