The HDFC Bank MobileBanking App is available on Google Play Store & Apple App Store. The name of the app is “HDFC Bank MobileBanking”. Customers should download the appropriate app for their phone and install it. They can use their Customer ID and the Internet Banking password (IPIN) to login to mobile banking.
Customers can also choose to set up a Quick Access PIN for logging in. If their smartphone supports, they can also use the Fingerprint lock to access their app.
Step 1: Open the HDFC Bank app on your smartphone.
Step 2: Enter your Customer ID and IPIN to access mobile banking services.

HDFC PayZapp is a payment app. It is available for customers of all banks, not just HDFC Bank customers. Customers can Recharge, make Online Bill Payments, do BharatQR Payments, Travel Bookings, Shopping, Movie Tickets booking and more on this app. Bharat QR payment can be made using mVisa QR, MasterPass QR and Rupay QR.
PayZapp lets you recharge your mobile, DTH and data card, pay utility bills, compare and book flight tickets, bus and hotels, shop, buy movie tickets, music and groceries, avail great offers at SmartBuy, and send money to anyone in your phone book.
In order to use PayZapp, you need to link your debit card with your PayZapp account. The money is directly debited from your account linked with the card.
The app uses a proprietary technology that conducts three security checks for each transaction, thus ensuring safety of all your transactions.

4. What happens if I don’t use HDFC Bank mobile banking for a long time?
If the service is not used for 999 days, the user’s Customer ID is blocked. You can reactivate the Customer ID by visiting the HDFC net banking website or the HDFC Mobile Banking App to reset the password.
