A. EVA is the virtual chatbot of HDFC Bank that can be accessed through the Bank’s website. Customers can simply click on the chatbot and get their queries resolved by selecting the ‘Consumer Loan Details’ option. EVA will require the 10-digit registered mobile number of the borrower associated with the car loan. After providing the mobile number, the query can be registered based on the available options on the chatbot.

A. Yes. HDFC Bank car loan can be prepaid only after the completion of 6 EMIs from the date of start of paying the EMI.
