YONO is the official digital application offered by SBI that allows its customers to manage their bank accounts on the go. Using the mobile application, you can conduct net banking activities, check your deposits, make investments, book flights or trains, pay bills, and conduct more banking activities.  

You can use your SBI credentials to access the YONO app. Also, to use the application, you can set a 6-digit M-PIN for easy access. 

However, it might happen that you forget your YONO SBI username and password and get locked out of your account. Below are the steps that you can use to reset and recover your credentials easily. 

How to Reset Your SBI YONO Login Username 

It's easy to reset your YONO username if you forget it. Here's how: 

  1. Open the YONO app. If you're an existing customer, select the option that says 'Existing Customer.' From there, you'll find the 'Login Using Internet Banking ID' option. 

  2. Go to the SBI internet banking website. Initially, select "State Bank of India," subsequently choosing "Login." 

  3. Choose "Forgot login password Username/Password." 

  4. Select "Forgot Username" and press "Next." 

  5. Enter your SBI Account CIF number, country, and registered phone number. 

  6. You'll get a special code (OTP) on your phone. Enter it and choose "Confirm." You'll see your YONO SBI username on the screen, and they'll also send it to you as a message. 

How to Reset Your SBI YONO Login Password 

If you forget your YONO password, don't worry! You can easily reset it in a few minutes. Here's how: 

  1. Go to the SBI internet banking website (onlinesbi.com). 

  2. Under account details, select "Forgot login password." 

  3. Choose "Forgot my Login Password" from the list. 

  4. Click "Next" and enter your username, account number, country, registered phone number, birth date, and the Captcha code. 

  5. Submit the information. 

  6. Input the one-time password (OTP) that you received on your phone. 

  7. Create a new password and click "Submit." 

How to Reset Your SBI YONO MPIN 

To remove your MPIN: 

  1. Launch the SBI YONO app and sign in.  

  2. Initiate with "Quick Links" and then hit the button saying "Service Request." 

  3. Under "Emergency," select "Manage PIN." 

  4. First, choose "Remove MPIN," then enter your YONO SBI profile password. 

  5. Confirm by clicking "Yes" twice. 

To reset your MPIN: 

  1. Open the SBI YONO app and click "Login." 

  2. Where do you usually enter your MPIN? Look for the 'SET MPIN' button there. 

  3. Enter your YONO SBI Username and Password. 

  4. Set and add your new SBI MPIN. 

  5. Enter the OTP you received on your registered mobile number to confirm.
