To redeem the reward points, you have to log in to the SBI bank’s official website or their mobile app. Redemption against cash can be made by writing/calling SBI Credit Card Customer Care Number.

Redeeming Reward Points Through the Website 

1. Go to the official website of SBI
2. Select "Rewards" after which you should select "Redeem Rewards."
3. Go through the rewards catalog on the website and select an item.
4. Click on "Redeem now" and then select "Confirm."

1. Open the SBI mobile app on your phone. Log in with your credentials.
