The State Bank of India or SBI provides its customers with the option to reset or change the SBI ATM PIN through its netbanking services. The steps to reset follow: 

Steps to Reset the SBI ATM PIN  

Step 1: Login to the online banking portal of SBI 

Step 2: Click on the tab ‘Cards’ and choose ‘Debit Cards’ 

Step 3: Click the option ‘PIN Reset/Regeneration’ from the ‘Request’ tab.  

Step 4: Choose the debit card number for which you are going to reset the PIN.  

Step 5: Click ‘Continue’ and specify a reason for the SBI ATM PIN change 

Step 6: The user will get an OTP on their registered mobile number.  

Step 7: The user will have to go to a nearby State Bank ATM for the further process.  

Step 8: Insert your ATM card. Then, choose the option ‘SBI new ATM PIN generation using One Time Password’ 

Step 9: An OTP would have been sent to the registered mobile number. Enter this OTP.  

Step 10: Key in the registered mobile number and click ‘OK’ 

Step 11: Create a new ATM PIN or debit card PIN. Then click ‘Confirm’  

Customers can also go to the nearest branch of State bank or get in touch with customer service if they face any hassles in resetting the PIN for their ATM card.
