State Bank Collect is a payment service offered by SBI to educational institutions, religious/charitable institutions, Govt. Departments, Private Merchants, and other industrial institutions to collect payment from consumers for their goods & services.  

It allows consumers to pay for services like donations to charitable institutions, taxes like water tax, property taxes, etc., pay tuition fees to educational institutions, and other similar services.  

Payment receipt of your State Bank Collect payments are generally sent to you via email and SMS immediately after the transaction is completed. In case you want to download the e-receipt for your State Bank Collect payments at a later date, you can follow these simple steps.  

  • On SBI Online home page click on the SB Collect option from the top menu bar. 

  • You will be taken to the SB Collect page. You will see the option ‘Transaction History’ on the menu bar at the top of the page.  

  • You can search for a transaction using your mobile number or the transaction reference number.  

  • When you use the mobile number option, an OTP is sent to verify your identity.  

  • Upon successful verification, your transaction history is displayed.  

  • Choose the transaction for which you need the receipt and click on ‘Download’ option to download the e-receipt.  

It is as simple as that. Using this method, you can print the e-receipt for any of your SB Collect Transaction.
