There may be many reasons for which people want to close their Flipkart Pay later account like CIBIL™ score, changing to a different payment method, and inability to make monthly payments due to over shopping. Step 4: Upon making the callback request, you will get a call from a Flipkart customer representative within 5 to 10 minutes. Request the support team to suspend your Flipkart Pay Later IDFC Bank account permanently. The request must be made for a permanent account closure instead of a temporary suspension.  

Step 5: After having the chat or call, the process for deactivating your Flipkart Pay Later account permanently begins and it will be complete over the next month. Soon, this closure will come down on your CIBIL report as "closed,” usually within the time duration of 2 to 3 months.  

Alternative way to Close your Flipkart Pay Later Account Permanently 

You can send an email requesting for closure to Cs@flipkart.com from your registered email. You must specify your account closing request clearly in the email's subject line.
