It is a simple process and allows you to stay updated on your policy details anytime, anywhere. They can also use SMS service or email the customer care to get policy details anytime.  

How to check my policy status on the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Customer Portal? 

  • Login to the official website of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance to access your account.  

  • If you have created an account already, click on "Login", available at the top right corner of the webpage. You need to enter your User ID or Email ID along with your password. 

  • New Users or fresh users will have to register themselves. They can do so by clicking the "Register" option and thereby entering their policy details, date of birth, and other information to create their login credential. 

  • Once logged in, go to the 'Policy Details' Section. It can mostly be found in the main menu or under the account dashboard. 

  • Viewing Policy Status: A list of all your active policies will be shown under the "Policy Details" tab. You can click on any particular policy that you want to check. It will show you all the information regarding it, like due dates of premiums, policy maturity date, and sum assured. 

  • Downloading or printing your policy information: You can do so for future reference, if needed, or just save it for your records. 

How to Use ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Mobile App to check your Policy Status?  

You can check your policy status through the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance mobile app, available on both Android and iOS.  

  • Download the app on your mobile phone via Google Playstore or iOS Appstore.  

  • Login with your email id or mobile number to access your account information.  

  • Check various information relating to your policy status, like your premium payment statements, claim status, premium due date, advisor information, and more.

How to Register for SMS and Email Alerts? 

Via Website: Log in to your account on ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. Click "Communication Preferences" or "Alerts." Then click "opt-in for SMS and email alerts," and key in the mobile number and email ID. 

Via SMS: You can also register for SMS alerts by sending an SMS with the keyword "REG" followed by your policy number to 56767. 

Via Email: To get email notifications, send an email at lifeline@iciciprulife.com stating the policy number and requesting to switch on email notifications.
