If you need to check your SBI car loan balance, there are several methods available: 

1. Online through Internet Banking & SBI YONO App 

  • Log in to your SBI Internet Banking or SBI YONO App. 

  • From the list of your accounts displayed, choose your Car Loan Account. 

  • You can view complete details like total outstanding, current interest rate, EMI Amount, and latest transactions under the account.  

  • You can also download or print statements if needed. 

  • There are additional features like payment history and loan statements. 

2. SBI Quick Service - SMS & Missed Call Service 

This is an SMS & Missed Call Service that offers various services like balance enquiry, Mini Statement, Block ATM Card, Home/Car Loan Services, etc;  

This is how you can check SBI Car Loan details using this service:  

  • First, you have to register by sending "REG " to 09223488888 from your registered mobile number. 

  • Once registered, you can send SMS "Car" to 09223588888 to receive your car loan balance. 

  • Or, give a missed call to 09223588888 for balance details. 

3. Calling Customer Care - Contact Centre 

  • Dial SBI's toll-free helpline numbers: 18001234, 18002100, 1800112211, or 18004253800. 

  • Follow the IVR instructions to reach the loan account section. 

  • Provide your loan account number and authenticate your identity. 

  • Request the customer care executive to provide your car loan balance. 

  • Ask for additional information or support as needed. 

4. Email SBI Customer Care  

  • Car Loan customers can email at - customercare@sbi.co.in or contactcentre@sbi.co.in. 

  • Include your full name, loan account number, and registered mobile number in the email. 

  • Specify your request to check the car loan balance.
