Yes, you can download a PDF of your PAN card from the Income Tax Department's website or the UTIITSL portal. To download your PAN card in PDF format, follow these steps:  

  1. Go to the official website of the Income Tax Department: https://www.incometax.gov.in. 

  2. Navigate to the "Instant E-PAN" section. 

  3. Go to the ‘Check Status/Download PAN’ section and click on the ‘Continue’ button. 

  4. Input your Aadhaar number and click on ‘Continue’ to proceed. 

  5. Enter the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number, tick the confirmation box, and then click ‘Continue’. 

  6. Click on the 'Download e-PAN' option to get your e-PAN in PDF format. 

Download PAN card UTIITSL 

  1. Visit the official UTIITSL portal. 

  2. On the homepage, go to the 'Download e-PAN' section and select 'Click to Download.' 

  3. Enter your PAN number, Month & Year of (Date of Birth) and the captcha code, then click on the 'Submit' button. 

  4. A link will be sent to your registered email id. 

  5. Open the email and click the provided link to access your e-PAN card. 

  6. You will be prompted to verify using an OTP. Once verified, you can download your PAN card in PDF format.
