• New Home Loans: This term loan can be used to purchase a ready built-up or under construction house or apartment or property on resale. The loan amount depends on the applicant’s income and capability to repay the loan.
• Plot Loans:  This loan is specifically available to those who wish to purchase a plot of land to build their house. One can get funding up to 75% of the value of the plot and a period of 20 years for the loan.
• Home Construction Loans: As the title suggests, this loan is available for the construction of your house. The loan period cannot exceed 30 years and valid up to the age of 60 years of the applicant.
• Home Loan Balance Transfer: One can transfer their existing home loan with another lender to DHFL under this category of loan. With a lower interest rate, it will help in managing your finances and reduce the burden of interest.
• Home Extension Loans: If you need financial assistance to add extra space, room, area to your existing house, DHFL Home Extension Loan will be apt. On the basis of the home extension estimate given by experts, 100% funding can be received subject to a maximum of 90% of its market value for the loan requirement up to Rs. 30 lacs.
• Home Renovation Loans: If you wish to redesign your house or give it a new look, Home Renovation Loan by DHFL will offer you the financial assistance required. The period of this loan is a maximum of 10 years.
• Plot and Construction Loans: This loan is specifically for those who wish to purchase a plot of land or construct their own house on a piece of land.
• Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana: The Government of India has launched a special campaign to make housing affordable to all first-time buyers. The maximum term of this home loan is 30 years and cannot extend beyond the age of retirement (60 years). The loan amount is dependent on the annual income of the applicant.

DHFL Complaints/Grievances

DHFL has a detailed process in place to address any complaints or grievances that a customer may have. The following process can be noted:

• One can contact Customer Care on 1800 3000 1919 or write to DHFL on response@dhfl.com. A resolution is normally received in 7 working days from the date of complaint.
• In case one is not able to resolve the issue in the first step, there is an option to write to the Nodal Officer at nodalofficer@dhfl.com. A resolution should be arrived within 7 days from this communication.
• If one is not satisfied with the response received in Step 2, there is an option to write to the CEO of DHFL at ceo@dhfl.com. A resolution will be received within 7 working days from the date of the complaint email.
• If there is no satisfactory response with the above steps, the matter can be escalated to National Housing Bank at www.grids.nbhonline.org.in or by writing to:
