What are the services that can be availed by calling the customer care number?
Note that all services, except loans, are available 24 x 7, 365 days of the year. Enquiries on various loan products can be made from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday, except on national holidays.
On calling the customer care number, you will reach the IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) of Citibank and you can choose your preferred transaction by inputting the corresponding numbers.
Existing customers of Citibank can send an email to the customer care team by logging into their internet banking account. Once you log into your account, you can find the compose mail option available under the Quick Links menu. You can expect a reply from the customer care team in the shortest possible time.

Citibank aims to provide customers with the best customer service solutions. The bank offers the following channels for customers to file a complaint or register their queries:
Level 1 – Customer Service Team
However, if you don’t receive a response within four bank working days or aren’t satisfied with the response, you can escalate the complaint to Citibank’s grievance redressal system.

Citibank shares key information about its products, offers, services to customers via SMS. If you don’t want to receive text messages from the bank, you can activate the Do Not Disturb facility. However, note that activating this service does not stop bank alert SMS, OTPs sent via text messages and other key information. You only stop receiving marketing and promotional calls and text from the bank.
