For a pensioner above 75 years, the maximum loan amount disbursed is 18 month’s pension or Rs. 5,00,000, whichever is higher.
For a pensioner up to 75 years, the maximum loan amount disbursed is 12 month’s pension or Rs. 2,00,000, whichever is higher.

The central bank of India has a separate portal for the customers to register their complaints online. They have categorized the complainants into 3 categories of customers for easy redressal process namely existing customers, new/walk-in customers, and pensioners.
