The RBL Credit card offers some essential benefits as follows:
Before you avail of a credit card balance transfer, it is important to keep certain things in mind. Here are some of the important things.
1. Does credit card balance transfer affect CIBILTM score?
A balance transfer can have both a positive and negative impact on your credit score. It helps to save on interest and pay your debts on time, thus creating a positive impact on your credit score. On the other hand, balance transfer may also hurt your credit score because applying for a new credit card or getting a new credit card may impact your credit score negatively. This is because if your CUR shoots up above 30%, then, there will be an adverse effect on your credit score.
2. How many times can I transfer my credit card balance?
It is not ideal to transfer your credit card balance repeatedly. Banks also do not consider frequent balance transfers. On the whole, the number of times, balance can be transferred depends on the individual and is mainly according to the discretion of the bank.
