You can get a Green PIN when you get a new debit card or if you forget your old PIN. Here's how to do it:

1. First, put your card in the ATM and then take it out.

2. Choose your language.

3. Select "Forgot/Create PIN".

4. Choose"Generate OTP."You'll get a 6-digit code on your phone.

5. Put your debit card in the ATM again and take it out.

Important Things to Know:

  • You can't use Green PIN for hot-listed Bank of India debit cards.
  • Green PIN works for active, inactive, and temporarily blocked cards (if you tried the wrong PIN 3 times). Inactive or temporarily blocked cards will become active after you set a new PIN.

1. Send a message from your registered phone number. The message should look like this: PIN 1234 5678.

  • Determine the final four digits of your Bank of India ATM card, which are 1234.
  • 5678 is the last four digits of your Bank of India account number.

2. You'll get a one-time password (OTP) on your phone. The code expires in two days.

3. Go to the nearest Bank of India ATM and use the OTP to set your debit card PIN.

1. Call the Bank of India customer care number from your registered phone number.

2. Select your preferred language and adhere to the provided guidelines to choose ATM and prepaid card services.

3. Generate a secure Green PIN quickly and easily by selecting the corresponding option.

4. Type in your card number and double-check it before confirming.

5. Enter your account number and confirm it.

6. You'll get a one-time password (OTP) on your phone. The OTP can be used for 2 days.

How to Get Your ATM PIN Using Internet/Online Banking?

1. Log in to your internet banking account.

2. Go to the "card PIN" section.

3. Select the option to generate a PIN and then choose your debit card.

4. Enter your 16-digit card number and CVV.

5. Enter the grid numbers from the back of your card and get an OTP.

6. Enter the 4-digit OTP from your phone.

7. Type your new PIN.
