Here are the steps to update your SBI KYC via internet banking:

  1. Access your SBI net banking account. 

  2. Click on "My Accounts & Profile." 

  3. Choose "Update KYC" from the options. Enter your profile password and then click "Submit." 

  4. Select your account and click "Submit." 

  5. Provide the necessary details, attach the required documents, and submit. 

  6. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to confirm the update. 

Note: Updating your KYC details will affect all bank accounts linked to your Customer Identification File/ Form (CIF).

How to Update SBI KYC Using YONO 

  1. Log in to the YONO app

  2. Go to "SERVICE REQUEST" in the menu. 

  3. Click on "update KYC." 

  4. Enter your profile password and submit. 

  5. Check the address shown. 

  6. Update your occupation or income information (if needed). 

  7. Update your KYC address details (if needed). 

  8. Choose whether to update your KYC address. 

  9. Tick the box and click "next." 

  10. Enter the OTP sent to your phone and submit. 

Documents Needed to Update SBI Account KYC 

SBI requires different sets of documents for individuals, minors, senior citizens, and NRIs. Below is a detailed list:

  1. Visit an SBI Branch -You can visit your nearest State Bank of India branch to collect the KYC form in person.
