  • Go to the Udyam Registration Portal. You will required to fill out a form on this website.
  • Click on the first link that you see under the “Welcome to register here” section
  • Next, you will be required to provide your Aadhaar Card details and name.
  • Click on “Validate and Generate OTP”.
  • Next, fill in your PAN card details.
  • Then, fill out the form having field numbers 5-24.
  • At the end of the form, you will be asked again to generate an OTP. Enter the OPT sent on your number and submit the form.
  • After that, a “Thank you” page will show up with a registration number. Note this registration number for future reference.

How to Download MSME Certificate Online

The MSME Certificate Download process is quite easy. You can do it online by following the steps listed below:

  • Visit the Udyam registration website: https://udyamregistration.gov.in/.
  • In the top right corner, click on the dropdown menu labelled "Print/Verify".
  • Select the option saying "Print Udyam Certificate."
  • This will lead you to the Udyami Login page.
  • Enter your 16-digit Udyam Registration Number (URN). It should be in the format UDYAM-XX-00-0000000. Also, provide the mobile number using which you did the  MSME registration.
  • Select how you want to receive your OTP: on your phone or email.
  • Click "Validate & Generate OTP".
  • Enter the OTP and click "Validate OTP & Print".
  • You'll see your Udyog Aadhaar Certificate information on the screen.
  • To print, choose either "Print" or "Print with Annexure" from the top centre of the page.

The process for MSME Certificate download using your mobile number is as follows:

  • Visit the official Udyam portal.
  • Click on "Print Udyam Certificate."
  • Enter your application number and registered phone number. Next, choose an email address to get the OTP.
  • Enter the OTP to validate your request.
  • Your MSME Certificate Download process will now be completed.

MSME Certificate Download By PAN Number

  • Visit the official Udyam portal.
  • Click on the "Print / Verify" menu and then select "Print Udyam Certificate".
  • Enter your 16-digit URN and your registered mobile number.
  • Enter the OTP received and further click on the button saying "Validate OTP and Print".
