An Aadhaar Card can be applied through Aadhaar Card Enrolment Centres set up across the country. It is mandatory for every resident in India to have Aadhaar Card in their name. This has become one of the most trusted government documents as it is unique to every individual. Chances of fraudulent identities are minimized and transparency in dealings has become easier. Aadhaar Enrolment Centres are either independently managed by the Government or can be set up in bank premises, post office or by an individual agency. - Go to UIDAI website
- Click on “Locate Enrolment & Update Centres in Other Cities”
- Selection options from State, Pin Code or Search Box
- Enter the name of your District, Town, Village or Sub District
- Select the check box option if you only want to search for Permanent Centres
- Enter verification code and click on “Search” button
